A television staple since his Golden Globe-nominated role in "Doogie Howser, M.D.," Neil Patrick Harris has established himself in the theater. He recently starred in the London musical production of "Tick, Tick…Boom," having previously starred in Broadway's Tony Award-winning musical "Assassins," "Cabaret" and "Proof." His theater credits also include the Los Angeles production of "Rent" and "Romeo and Juliet" at San Diego's Old Globe Theater.

His other television credits include the series "Stark Raving Mad," "Will & Grace" and "Boomtown," and the mini-series "Joan of Arc," the upcoming movie "The Christmas Shoes 2" and the series "NUMB3RS," all on CBS.

His feature film credits include "Harold and Kumar Go to the White Castle," "Undercover Brother," "Starship Troopers," "The Next Big Thing" and "Clara's Heart," for which he received a Golden Globe nomination.
 
Harris was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and lives in Los Angeles.
